Regain Enthusiasm

Recover the enthusiasm

Enthusiasm is the “spark of life” and, without it, life loses its color, everything becomes dull and dull and nothing makes sense. Recovering the enthusiasm implies going to look for it and get out of the apathetic moment we are experiencing.

Enthusiasm makes every moment of life unique and special. Living with enthusiasm also allows us to anticipate the desired moment, as it pushes us to visualize, project and desire what we want, so that we can enjoy it before it even arrives.

Where does enthusiasm live?

Enthusiasm lives in those moments of life that bring us closer to our projects. It is about wanting to achieve something and using all of our energy to achieve it. Enthusiasm is that internal feeling that makes us happy even before our desire is fulfilled. We will be able to enhance the “spark of life” if we promise to do it every day.

Enthusiasm lives within us and in the way we do things. We can live our daily life in a monotonous way, without desire, following the routine, automatically, that is, without the enthusiasm of living.

Despite this, we can also promise ourselves to live every moment, as if it were unique, putting all our desire, our joy, all the enthusiasm into it, because we know that we are one step closer to what we want to achieve.

We can say that enthusiasm lives in having achievable and achievable goals, desires and projects, in order to live every moment in an intense way, with the enthusiasm of wanting to succeed, enjoying the road from the beginning.

The enthusiasm of children

Do you remember when you were children? Childhood is linked to enthusiasm and this is certainly not a coincidence. In childhood, we believe that anything is possible, we are thrilled by the idea of what we will do, when a friend comes home, when we write the letter to Santa Claus, etc.

Enthusiasm allows the little ones to live intensely every moment of their innocent childhood. As we become adults, we discover that not everything is possible and that things are not as we would like them to be, which causes us to lose enthusiasm, which results in disappointments, problems, frustrations and suffering.

The lost enthusiasm

As we become adults, we discover real life, which is not quite as fair as we thought as children. We run the risk of losing the enthusiasm typical of childhood, and with it also the ability to enjoy every moment, as we no longer have faith in the fact that we will be able to carry out our plans and our desires.

We will therefore live with the bittersweet taste of disappointment and bitterness in the mouth, which will make us lose all hope of finding something better. Our enthusiasm was lost between the lack of desire to do and disappointment.

Life with enthusiasm

Despite this, life still has a lot to offer us and with which to surprise us, just believe it and to do this,  you need to get excited about the little things of everyday life. If we recover the desires, projects and dreams hidden in the small details of life, undoubtedly recovering the enthusiasm will not be difficult.

And then life will repay us with fulfilled desires, projects and dreams realized, simply because we believed in it and invested all our energies in obtaining it.

Life with enthusiasm is a life full of beautiful moments, little moments that are worth living, because they fill us with satisfaction and happiness, even if there are other less happy moments.
